How LogicMesh Financial Planning handles personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to send us through the inquiry form on this site:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you provide one;
  • the topic and message you write; and
  • your consent to us using these details to respond to your inquiry.

We also store a single consent preference (accepted or rejected) in your own browser, under the key logicmesh_consent. This preference never leaves your device.

We use the details above for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry about household budgeting or a long-term goal, and to follow up if you ask us to. The legal basis under the PDPA is your consent, given when you check the consent box on the form.

We do not use your data for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How the data is sent and stored

When you submit the form, your details are sent as a JSON request to the form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry) and used only to reply to your inquiry. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site. No data is sent to any advertising network, social platform, or analytics provider.

Your consent preference is stored locally in your browser’s localStorage and is never transmitted to us.

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any engagement that follows, and in any case no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you ask us to delete your details before then, we will do so.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong;
  • ask us to delete your data, subject to records we are required to keep;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will stop using your data for that purpose; and
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai authority if you believe your rights have been breached.
