The terms that apply to advisory engagements with LogicMesh Financial Planning.
About these terms
These terms apply to advisory consultations and planning engagements provided by LogicMesh Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID / TIN 0105689530539), 24/5, Arun Amarin Road, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok 10700, Thailand.
By booking a consultation or commissioning a written plan, you agree to the terms below.
What we provide
We provide advisory services covering family budgets and long-term goal planning. An engagement consists of a consultation, a written plan (for every engagement except the discovery consultation), and a scheduled review.
We do not earn sales commission, run investment mandates, or charge a share of your assets. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment management advice, and a financial plan from us is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional in those fields.
Fees and payment
Each engagement carries a fixed fee, agreed in writing before the engagement begins and set out on the engagements menu. Fees are quoted in Thai baht (THB). Payment terms are confirmed when you book.
The fees shown on this site are indicative and confirmed in writing before any engagement starts; they are pending final business confirmation.
What you provide
To produce a useful plan, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your income, fixed costs, debts and goals. A plan built on incomplete or inaccurate information will reflect that information, and we are not responsible for outcomes based on details you did not share.
No guaranteed outcomes
No financial planner can promise a particular return, that any particular goal will be reached by a given date, or that circumstances will not change. Our plans are honest advisory work based on the information you provide, and they are designed to be reviewed and adjusted as your life changes.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on markets, your own financial decisions, or information you did not provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is dealt with in the courts of Thailand unless we agree otherwise in writing.
